Lightspeed Email access into Google Mail

This is the Lightspeed Email application.

This permits Google email integration into the Lightspeed Evolution Dealer Management System, using Google's Gmail Send and Gmail Read Only scopes:(https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly)

This application allows dealership personnell to compose and send emails from within the Lightspeed Evolution Dealer Management System.

This application allows the Lightspeed Evolution Dealer Management System to send automatic emails, such a follow up messages to customers, on the dealership's behalf.

This application allows the Lightspeed Evolution Dealer Management System to retrieve email inbox counts for the purpose of validating a GMail account configuration.

This application allows the Lightspeed Evolution Dealer Management System to retrieve dealership email correspondence between the dealership and its customers, and to display these conversations within the Lightspeed Dealermanagement System in screens applicable to a specific dealership customer. These screens include, but are not limited to, the Customer Detail Screen, Sales Deals, Service Repair Orders, Parts Invoicing and Rental Reservations.

Lightspeed Email will use this access only to read, write, send or control Google Mail message bodies (including attachments), metadata, headers, and settings to allow Lightspeed Evolution users to compose, send, read, and process emails within the Lightspeed Evolution Dealer Management System application. Lightspeed will not transfer this Gmail data to others unless doing so is necessary to provide and improve these features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Lightspeed Email will not use Google Mail data for serving advertisements.

Lightspeed Email will not allow persons outside the dealership to read this data unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific messages, doing so is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, to comply with applicable law, or for the App's internal operations and even then only when the data have been aggregated and anonymized.

Lightspeed Email will not access Google Mail outside the Lightspeed Evolution Dealer Managment System.

Lightspeed Email's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
